i contacted chumba and told them the situation that i just need to change my email because i am locked out and have no access to it. im not very concerned as i had just had to move in with family because our previous rental house got condemned due to no repairs being made. i have no 2FA for it, i know my password but it will NOT LET ME IN.
i do what it asks and it will say they do not have enough info to verify me, i put my password it, says it again its stuck in a loop. I have had my account with chumba casino for awhile, i haven't been verified yet and i haven't bothered with it since i haven't hit anything really big enough to cash out, well i finally hit $5000 yesterday, so i decided to go verify, i went to check my Gmail and discovered Google signed me out for 'suspicious activity' and to sign in using a device ive been on before.
