The working days have no fixed structure and you're told when and where you have to work. I have been threatened, robbed, made to work in shops that i couldn't travel to even though I wasn't employed as relief staff, ordered to clean up human excrement left in toilet cubicles and had to deal with all manner of problems that would make people throw up.
If you start working here you'll end up working here for years, and that's not a compliment Some days you will asked to travel to another shop to help out and it could be far away, no warning. It drains you out working here and not worth it at all, please look somewhere else to save your time and mental well-being. Youre supposed to make unlimited drinks for customers, is WH a coffee shop though? Sometimes people who supposed to come in to take over do not turn up, not reliable.Īlso if your maths isn't very good this job will make it a lot harder for you Sometimes you can't even take a break because of how busy the shop is. Managers dont sort out a problem if you have one with a customer or anythingĭont get extra pay on holiday days like Christmas eve for instance, pay is rubbish tooĬompany only cares about their reputation and customers, they dont care about you.
